The Brief Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia course is designed to train participants in an effective treatment for insomnia. The course covers essential topics across four modules, including the psychology of sleep, diagnosing insomnia, sleep hygiene, and the core principles of Brief Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (BBT-I). The course is structured with a mix of video content, exercises, quizzes, and readings totaling approximately 12 hours of video content and additional weekly activities. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate and a “BBT-I Practitioner” title.
